Responsibilities:
Executive Leadership: Providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to municipal departments and staff to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Policy Implementation: Implementing policies and decisions made by the city council, ensuring they are carried out effectively and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.Budget Management: Developing and overseeing the municipal budget, allocating resources appropriately to support service delivery and address community needs.
